Finally Ponting called back his team when Aussies were at 401 for the loss of 7 wickets. They have a lead of 332 runs now, Hussey remain unbeaten at 145. Now India has to decide whether they want to go for a victory or for a draw? Victory seems impossible but if they will try for a draw then they might loose the match too. Australian bowling attack is the best for the time being and India has not the likes of Virender Sehwag as an opener. So we will have to wait and watch. Even Australia applied so much pressure on Bhajji but finally he also got two wickets. Jumbo also got 4 wickets and RP Singh got one.
And Bhajji took the wicket of Hogg and Aussies are at 395 for the loss of seven. Lee has joined the middle.
Ponting must not have sleep well last night, a lead of 323 is also not so big for them. Meanwhile they are accelerating the proceedings and they lost the wicket of Gilly at 393. Now they are at 393 for the loss of six wickets. They are leading by 324 runs now. Hogg joined Hussey in the middle.
And a bowling change gives India a wicket. Symonds got out at 6:23 AM here in India. Aussies are now at 378 for the loss of 5 wickets.
One hour of play has gone and match seems to proceeding towards a draw. At 6:10 AM IST, Australia is batting at 369 for the loss of 4 wickets and Hussey is batting at 126 and Symonds is on at 56. Australia has taken a lead of 300 runs.
Fourth Day of Play:
Kumble took two wickets in two consecutive ball and that bring Australia a bit on back foot. But still, at the end of the day’s play they were at 282 for the loss of four wickets, taking a lead of 213 runs. Hence, tomorrow morning is crucial for both the team. If India can take a few wickets early then they might have a chance to win the match. Though, it’s probability is very less. Still we will have to wait and see what is going to happen with the chariot of victory of this Australian team.
One side Hayden and Hussey were frustrating India and another side rain has put a question mark on the result of the match. When rain came at that time Hayden made his 29th test century and Hussey also made his half century. Both of them are well set now and the match seems to going through to a draw. At the time of rain Australia were 213 for the loss of 2 wickets and Hayden is batting at 104 and Hussey is at52.
At 8:55 Am here in India, Australia are batting at 155 for the loss of two wickets and Hayden is batting at 69 and Hussey is batting at 30. Australia is leading by 86 runs now.
At 8:25 AM here in India Australia are batting at 133 for the loss of 2 wickets. Hayden is still unbeaten at 56 and Hussey is playing at 22. Australia is now leading by 65 runs.

At the end of the third day’s play Australia scored 13 for no loss and Jaques is batting at 8 and Hayden is at 5. India is still leading by 56 runs.
Finally Lee took the wicket of Ishant Sharma and India is now all out at 532. Sachin Tendulkar remain unbeaten at 154, hitting 14 fours and only sixer. This century is the 38th Century of the little master in test matches. He has now scored 11520 runs in test matches. India has taken a lead of 69 runs. Now we will have to see how India will bowl the remaining overs today.
Ishant Sharma is playing brilliantly. He has now scored 17 runs and he hits Brett Lee for four boundaries. Sachin is still batting at 153 and India is at 525 for the loss of 9 wickets. In total India is leading by 62 runs.
