Umbria doesn't has big traditions for carnival. Why? I don't know exatly to answer to this question, but I think many centuries under Rome's Pope ( and Vatican State) has been determinat for that one and other things. When you leave in a country you don't think the its traditions are very important for people that leaves in other Nations.
